Is the password too long, or .... ?

Hi,
I have a user that have a password that is 21 characters long, the password includes a norwegian ø and at least one _ (underscore).

The password works fine in Eclipse client, but not on the WEB interface.

We are using CLM v6.0.2 iFix1, and the password is LDAP synchronized.

It is rejected on the j_security_check page.

Is the password too long, or could there be some special characters that does not accept the user in the web interface?

Anyone have any idea?
