How do I had change sets delivered to one stream, but not wanted in other streams?

We are trying to run multiple variations of a platform with multiple streams. We deliver to one stream and sync up the streams. However sometimes we do not want to ever take to the other stream (stream B).
How can we make those change sets STOP showing up in the list of changes?

There is no way currently to ignore or hide incoming or outgoing change sets.
This request sounds similar to this existing enhancement Allow the user to specify a list of change sets that should be "ignored" as incoming changes (102223)
