We are following the article below to implement the voting feature in our process template in RTC.

However, we do not see the blue thumbs up icon on the UI. Can someone please help to understand the same ?

Jun 07 '16, 3:07 a.m.The only thing I can think of is that you have not enabled the voting feature (the very first step in the article). If you have set the value correctly, try restarting RTC server and see if it fixes it. I can't remember whether a restart is necessary.

Jun 07 '16, 6:53 a.m.The voting feature has enabled. We even did a requestReset of the CCM application followed by a server restart. I still dont see it.
