Where is the 6.0.2 build toolkit standalone download?

In nearly all prior versions, there was a build toolkit zip file download, only available from (its not on Passport Advantage, nor the PW Software Catalog). This was a small download that was ideal for deploying to Linux VM's where all you needed was the JBE and few extra jar files. Now it appears we need to download a 3.3GB file for the client tools package,  extract that out (now we're at over 7GB of disk space used before installing). For those of us who have customer builds that use AWS micro instances, that is a deal breaker.

I'm resorting to using the Packaging Utility to "roll my own repo", but it would be nice to have this already.

I still see this as a download option on the RTC 6.0.2 download page.
