Editing testcase using RQM 1.0.1 on Firefox doesn't work

David Whiteman (611) | asked Aug 13 '09, 10:15 a.m.
I am using Firefox 3.5 to access RQM 1.0.1. When the dashboard is displayed, I go to Construction > View Test Cases. I click on a test case to open it. I try to click on the Edit button to edit any of the fields. The editor control is never displayed, so I am unable to edit anything about the testcase. This problem does not occur on IE 6.0. Is this problem fixed in more recent versions of RQM?

Thanks,
David

Hi David,
Firefox 3.5 is technically not supported. You could try "downgrading" to 3.0 and see if that works for you.

That said, I do believe some of the development staff is using Firefox 3.5. Did you just upgrade to 1.0.1 from 1.0? If so, try clearing Firefox's browser cache.
