 Can any one suggest how to migrate RTC process template from RTC 4.x to 6.x version.

You upgrade your server to 6.x and then you export it once you are on 6.x. This has always been the way how to do it.

Not that I would be aware of.
You could redo all the changes you did manually. I don't think this is really practical.

sadly Ralph is correct.. there is no separate migration tool for project areas..

note that you CAN use the free version to do the ugly process..

install temp at the starting version, import the template, upgrade the temp,
export the upgraded template.. erase the temp installation
