 HI Guys

The guess category button just besides the Filed against, should be set to a default value like a team area value evry time it is hit.

How can we configure this functionality in RTC 4.0.3?

Please let me know if any one has an insight into this.

So you don't want it to actually attempt to guess the category, but rather to set the default category?
If so, I don't think it's possible to configure it this way.
You can however look at this forum thread that describes setting a default Filed Against (this has nothing to do with Guess Category though).
