  Hello,

I have an iteration  which has 1 day long.

I have 1 dev team member who is at 20% for that iteration and has workday length of 8 hours

If I do simple calculation of 20% of 8 hours that gives me 1.6 h available but RTC gives me 1.75h available 

  So could some one explain to me how RTC calcules the time available to do work in an iteration?
