Value set plugin is not working after fix pack upgrade

Hello,

I upgrade RTC 5.0.2 to fixpack 12. After this update my existing value set plugin is not working as per the expectations. This plugin has reference Filed against,Owner field and some custom attributes. Its failing for custom attributes now. Can anyone please guide on this?
