Licensing problem - Distributing an RTC extension

Furio Belgiorno (3651) | asked Dec 03 '09, 7:30 a.m.
Hello,

We are from Universit degli Studi di Salerno (Italy), and are one of the winners of the IBM Jazz Innovation Awards 2008 (http://download.boulder.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/dw/university/innovation/2008_jazz_recipients.pdf).

We have developed an extension of RTC (http://isis.dia.unisa.it/wiki/index.php/Structured_Collaboration_by_CoFFEE_in_Jazz), using the examples provided in Jazz software as a base for our development. Although this extension is now just a prototype, we are wondering how we could distribute it, as the examples bring the disclaimer

/*******************************************************************************
* Licensed Materials - Property of IBM
* (c) Copyright IBM Corporation 2007. All Rights Reserved.
*
* Note to U.S. Government Users Restricted Rights:
* Use, duplication or disclosure restricted by GSA ADP Schedule
* Contract with IBM Corp.
*******************************************************************************/

Of course the examples are just a "base" and we have deeply modified them and added other classes, but we are not sure about the licensing problems involved in the distribution.

Do you have any hint or clarification to give us?
Thanks,

Furio Belgiorno
