Hello Arshad,
go to Project Management and open the Project area you are interested in. Under Associations you see the Project Areas that are associated with it.

To go to the Project Management you can use:
https://<host:port>/ccm/admin#action=jazz.viewPage&id=com.ibm.team.process.ProjectAreaManagement
