Not able to add customized report on Dashboard.

 I have created a report for team_absence by loading new report resource.
But how do i get it on my dashboard widget. I cannot see that report in any of the widget.

Is there a way to establish it on dashboard? 

I tried running data collection jobs too, still i could not find it when i try from widgets.

Please help me on this.

You might have to look at different "providers" which on the Add Widget are expertly hidden as a menu labeled "Select Catalog:" 

OR

Choose one of the generic "Report" widgets under the Reports category of the selected widget catalog
e.g.  Report:  The 'Report' viewlet shows results for any selected report resource on the server.
or
Custom Report: The 'Custom Report' widget provides limited functionality. Use the 'Report' widget to display reports. This widget shows a custom report from a Rational Reporting Server. It does not allow you to save parameter values.
