The link you mention in the original question is for clm and will not list all the download for individual products :
 https://jazz.net/downloads/clm/releases/6.0.1?p=allDownloads

For the complete set of downloads for RTC, please refer to the link below :
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/6.0.1?p=allDownloads

I have seen being discussed often... reaching clm vs rational-team-concert and not finding the complete set...
So, posting it here for benefit of others who come across the same situation..

There seems to be a lot more missing and some of what is missing I did download in the past. I created 150926: RTC 6.0.1 is missing several downloads

 Same with other RTC version too (6.0.2, 5.0.2)


I did download some but I wanted to download SCM tools & build toolkit and it seems to be missing
