how to change the comment of a changeset by admin

Hello,

Is there a way an admin  can change the comment of a change set.  Our developer is on vacation and while checking in the chnage set he had entered the wrong comment as an admin can it be changed ? or again that file needs to be checkout and checked in back with correct comments and and new changeset

Currently it says only creator can change the comment when rightclick on changeset---> Edit Comment

As an admin i was able to open the work item and change it.
