Is there any possibility to view the information about decoupling of req-artefacts out of the module (no permanent deletion) in DNG?

Your question is a bit confusing, probably because the term you use. I will describe briefly what an artifact will appear in a module and hopefully it clears up for you.
When you create an artifact, whether in or outside of a module, a "base" artifact will be created (with the same artifact Id). If you create the artifact in a module, or add an existing one into the module, a "module" artifact will also be created (with the same artifact Id). Visually, the base artifact and module artifact look almost the same (there are differences if you know where to look), because they share many attributes. When you delete/decouple/remove an artifact from a module, usually only the module artifact is deleted, and the base artifact remains. You can add this artifact back in the module later on, without creating a new one. For more details, see below document.
