How to change my Jazz user id ? what is the process to this modification?

I guess it depends on what you want to modify ... if it is certain properties, you can modify your profile.

I want to modify/rename my Jazz user id from " kirankumarj " to " kirajogu "

Obviously you need the permissions and server access to do that and you don't want to do something wrong that prevents you from being able to log in again. If you have LDAP, the ID's must match in LADP and CLM.
