Is it possible to disable spell checker on RTC server side ? We're on RTC v5.0.2.

I don't think there is such a function.   "spell" does not appear on the Advanced Settings of RTC application administration.   Firefox has a setting :  Check my spelling as I type under the Advanced section of its preferences.

If you are talking about the spell checker in the editor (for Summary, Description, Comment and etc), I believe it's controlled by the class that creates the editor. I don't know it's customizable (is it a word?) at this stage.

These editors are based on CKEditor, and have the parameter spellcheck="true" specified. I'm not sure whether you can override it using CSS (theming).
