RTC plugin could not be configured on Blend for visual studio 2015

Hi,

We tried installing RTC plugin (including iFix10) on Blend for visual Studio 2015. The installation was successful, but RTC does not reflect on Visual studio 2015. In the same machine it reflects in Visual studio 2013. I want to know whether there is any compatibility issue on blend for visual studio 2015.
