Impossible to import diagram from Rational System architect to Design manager

Hello,

I try to import diagram from Rational System architect to Design manager.

I have done the following action:

- I have installed design management for Rational System Architect.

- I have added friend Rational System Architect to DM

- I have create a new project with the configuration of "Domain" and "Rational System Architect"

- setup permission

- Now I try to import a diagram but I have no menu into File menu

Could you tell me what is missing ? Why the menu file is empty ?
