"Implements Requirement" quick hover link does not update a Req title change in RTC
We have a work item that is linked to a requirement. The requirement title has changed. Within RTC, on the LINKS tab, the updated change shows; The hover link over the requirements number (e.g. 1) in the "Quick Information" box shows the update; However, hovering over the "Implements Requirement" tag does NOT show the update.
Is this a known bug?
