Find all descendants of a work item

Is there a way to write a query to find all of the descendant work items for a single work item? I do not see a way to find the grandchildren much less arbitrarily deep trees.

 Can this be done in the web app of RTC using plans?

 There is a view in the eclipse UI which shows work item hierarchy.  Select the 'relationships' option from the work items view:
