RTC - RRDI report : Closed date for Defect work item

Hi,

"Closed date" field does not have any date for any workitem. I am looking for Defect closed date. I am fulling the closed date from ODS -> Request --> Closed date from RRDI but did not show any date for closed Defects. Did any one know where and how we can get this value?

We are using RTC 5.0.2 version

Hi,

I am able to find the closed date for the Defect in RRDI by going to ODS --> Request History --> Record date time filed by filtering status and state "Closed" .
