Unable to download Rational DOORS trisl version

I am getting the following error when I try to download a trial version of Rational DOORS version 6.0.1 from you web site. I tried it in 2 different browsers IE and Chrome. It is the same error on both the browsers.

Please contact Service Desk for an exception

Reason: response with content range denied line='Content-Range: bytes 0-340440250/340440251\x0d\x0a'

Maybe there was a problem at the time when you tried?  I just now tested a download and there does not seem to be an issue.  There is also a help section, I'm not sure if you have visited this already.

Actually a Google search on " response with content range denied line" seems to give indication of a Firewall issue.
