Consultancy around GIT

Our company maybe in the market of some GIT consultancy.  We will be needing to be bring in GIT to use with BlueMix for mobile development along with an enterprise solution for those teams who won't move to RTC source control.  We are looking for some solution to support an enterprise solution for GIT working in tandem with RTC.  Activities would include some telephone support, advice with architecture, a small amount of training (all remote) and strategies on how it could integrate with Rational.  If you know of anybody my email is seanpburke8585@gmail.com.
