Rational Quality Manager - Installation iissues

Hi All

To evaluate Rational Quality Manager 2.0 , I went to the following site to download standard install zip files.

After downloading all the files, when i try to extract the files, I get the following error :(

cannot open file, it does not appear to be a valid archive.

Please help me out

Two things:
First - try opening the archive with a utility other than windows built in zip or WinZip. For instance, try 7-zip (free). The two tools mentioned both have issues with large path names.
Second - if 7-zip does not work (which I doubt) - we have had some sporadic issues with downloads, so please try dl'ing again. That said, I think 7-zip will probably be your ticket.

Check the file size that was actually downloaded to your machine. Often times downloads from jazz.net don't complete and if that's the case you will get this error.
