Is there a way to print all the pages for an iteration plan

We would like to generate/publish the information for an iteration plan including the planned items.

There is currently no way to print the planned items page. All other
pages can be printed. Can you please open an enhancement request for
printing the planned items page.

For now, you could resort to the WebUI and print from the browser.
