 Hi All,

I have created a customized workitem in RTC staging server, now I need to move this customized workitem to my production server.

How can I move a customized workitem to production server from staging server..?

Did you mean to ask about moving a customized work item type, not a customized work item?

Hi Kunal,

There is no option of moving individual work item(customized/not customized) form project to project,

Manually you need to create same work item in production server. if the customized work item is for new project in Production server then you can export the process template(which has your customized work item)  to production server and create new project on that process teamplate.
