When hovering over a workitem in a plan view it does not display a section I added in some of the workitems

Problem:  I added a section called Delivery Information to my DR workitem that contains 3 fields.  In my DR Backlog plan (Ranking View) when I hover over a DR the Delivery  section and fields are displayed in some of the work items when I hover while it is not displayed in other work items in the plan. 

Does anyone know why there would be this inconsistencies on what is displaying when you hover over the workitem?

Do you have any screenshots to show the problem? You may try to clear the browser cache and see if it makes any differences.
