Cannot access Provision Status page anymore if repodebug service is not enabled
Migrating RTC from v5.0.2 to v6.0.2 we cannot access Provision Status page anymore if repodebug service is not enabled.
Thanks in advance.

As far as I can tell, it went into RTC 6.0.
Leads to https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RepoDebug which explains the details. I don't see tat I can create a summary. It can be switched on and off without restarting the server. If you are looking for plugins, you can also see them on the diagnostics page.
Comments Google is amazing.
Sure it is, but in this case we don't found any answers to our question: since when it is required to enable repodebug service to access the Provision Status page?
RepoDebug service is available since v4.0.6 and Provision Status page was accessible even if the service was not enabled. Are you saying it becomes a prerequisite starting from v6.0.0?

Yes, as far as I can tell, repodebug changed in 6.0.: https://jazz.net/forum/questions/217930/repodebug-in-production
Not sure why it would be important to know then the behavior changed. I have used the internal UI in the past. As Kris mentions in that post it is an internal API you are using. If you need to, it appears that you can enable repodebug on the fly and disable it.
The link https://jazz.net/forum/questions/245847/what-is-the-link-to-repodebug-site-on-jazznet-wiki provides details on potential issues when enabling it.
