RTC 3.0.16 VS plugin started getting error fetching CAL
I have one Visual studio 2010 and the RTC 3.0.1.6 plugin. They claim they have been able to log into RTC previously, but currently login fails and the error is: Error fetching User licenses from the CAL tab on the connection properties.
They are set to use a floating Dev license and I have switched them to an assigned dev license, and this has no affect.
They can log into the web based interface and they get an error about one client access license is expired. They are set as a JazzUser with a floating DEV license I see no difference in their account to anyone else. I can log into my client (eclipse) with their credentials just fine. Any ideas?

Turns out they were using something called Fiddler to track webrequests. Some changes were made to the VS config files, and then they were able to log in again.
