I am creating a request to reserve a test environment for some particular days. But, i am not able to assign this request to anyone.

Also, I have added a widget to check the upcoming request and all of my requests doesnt fetch with below filters,
Assigned or Unassigned

It only comes up with "My Request" filter, How the lab manager would know about a new request?

 Humayun, about assigning the "reservation" request to a user. You need to first create the reservation request and then once it is saved / created - Assign it to a user.

How the lab manager would know about a new request? 
The only way is if the requests are assigned to the manager.
