Is it possible to add User Defined Rich Hover to link to RTC Help.

Like the Rich Hover is provided for certain artefacts, is it possible for User Defined Rich Hovers to be provided for generic artefacts like Streams, Components, Team Areas, Work Item status, resolutions etc that can be URL linked to Help articles that are specific to the Users process.

What we are looking for is to be able to add our own Help which may include our process description and guidelines.

It would be useful to be able to have some means like the Rich Hover to be able to link directly to it.

so far, there has been no capability to add these kinds of additional data to UI data elements.

I opened the following enhancement  request in Jan 2013
