i have 2 separate teams on 2 separate projects.
project A's tickets all belong to project B but is only a small subset of tickets that team B work on.

how do i set up RTC to automatically clone a ticket/work item from project A to project B when the work item/ticket is opened?

pls note, i already know how to manually copy or clone the ticket to another project via the copy/move icon on the far right top corner. i want to automate the process of cloning when the work item is saved.

I don't believe there are any built-in features that can do this. You may need to write a custom follow-up action to achieve it.
