Ignore "Outgoing component deletions" when delivering from the command line
When performing a deliver from the gui that contains an "outgoing component deletion" you have the option of ignoring the deletion and just delivering the changest/componets to the stream. Is there a flag that enables you to do the same thing from the command line when using scm deliver

No, this isn't supported as far as I can tell from reading the 'lscm help deliver'. You can specify which components, baselines, or change sets to deliver but not as an exclusion list.
