Restrict delivery to one stream via work item query

 Hi,

We are developing with a very large team, which has been divided in smaller sub-teams that deliver on their own streams.  For each sub team stream a timeline has been defined.  All finished work items from these 'sub' streams are being delivered to an integration stream by a small team of integrators.  This is a manual process where the developer requests to an integrator a delivery to the integration stream.
I would like to automate this by allowing the developer to deliver/flow the changes to the integration stream as soon as the parent work item (story or defect) for his/her task has been completed.  Is there any way that I can restrict the delivery to one specific stream based on a work item query?

There is no built in advisor available for that. The ones below could be used as basis to implement a custom advisor.
