 We are Running Test case using RQM Command Line Adapter. We are able to see below list of Execution Variables except RQM_TESTPLAN_WEBID and RQM_TESTPLAN_NAME any idea why is it so?

Guess my first question was the TCER that was executed associated with a Test Plan?  If the test case was not added to a plan and then the TCER created in the context of the plan then I would expect there to be a test plan to be associated?

 Yes the Test Case was added with Test Plan.
