Can i make the "Build Record" field mandatory for selection when either when building a test suite or when executing the tests?

Sorry Alon, QM does not have that capability at the moment.  I would think that it should apply when running the execution since the test suite can be re-run again and again with different builds.  It should apply to running a test case execution as well.  If you think that there is a need for QM to enforce this restriction, please submit an enhancement request through IBM RFE Community.
