API - ability to address baselined artifacts?

According to the latest API documentation, it is not yet possible to handle baselined artifacts - is this functionality in the development pipeline?

Some example use-cases we have currently in DOORS 9 (requires potential opening and reading of history records in multiple baselines) are:
  • Display all changes to all artifacts in a module since a selected date (show changes in mark-up)
  • Comparison of differences between any 2 baselined versions of a module
  • Rollback all changes to an artifact since a selected date
