Hello,

Few users in our environment noticed broken icons(plans icon especially) in recently viewed widget in project dashboard. Refresh widget was also unable to fix the broken icon.

But once you open and close plan item(which has broken icon), then refresh the entire dashboard page will fix the broken icon. We haven't come across this strange behaviour before.

Did any one faced this kind of behaviour? ...
