Tracing who connects and when

Jose Miguel Ordax Cassa (2.4k3126100) | asked Jul 29 '09, 1:54 a.m.
Which trace or log property should be used to get a register about who
and when connects to the server?

Thanks,

Chemi.

I have not seen such trace in the appserver nor the jazz application
(unless we trace the servlet ?).
Would the access log of the web server be what we need ?

I think HTTP Server access log will show IP Addresses accessing URLs.
My understanding is that could be more useful user names and success
logins. But just wondering here...
