Hello!  I was wondering if there has been any progress in regard to being able to submit RTC work items via email?  If so, can you please point me to the appropriate documentation.  Thank you!

        This is possible using Notes agents using RTC API.

IBM does not provide that function. an external vendor provides that

There is an Enhancement, but sadly, planned for backlog:
