I am using RTC 5.0 & RTC Client 5.0 

My Team has developed a workitem screen which is pretty much similar to : https://jazz.net/jazz03/web/projects/Requirements%20Management#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=21103

But our customer is not happy with the UI, is there any other way where we can change the 2 column layout structure and make it more UI attractive

Any other UI improvements suggestion will also help, As of now i am using 

Web UI Theming

I'm not aware of any doc or samples on creating additional layouts. Much of the underlying code for presentations has dependencies on the undocumented behaviors of the layouts.
