Can process configuration enforce delivery to multiple strea
I was asked this by one of the development teams interested in deploying
RTC, and haven't seen anything like this so thought I would ask here. Is
there any way to configure a process that would enforce deliver of a set
of changes to more than one stream? Or, an easy way to audit changes
that had been delivered to one stream but not another?

My best guess: No, how would EWM know where to deliver and where not. EWM is extensible and it might be possible to enhance it to do certain things e.g. based on work item information.
You can use the search capability locate change set in EWM to see, if change sets are in a workspace or stream or not. You can compare streams and workspaces and see similar information.
