Issues with screencapture tool

Hi Omar,
A suggestion is to configure your browser to always open the .jnlp file without any prompt. i.e. Firefox below:
You can also save the rtc_screencapture.jnlp file and place a shortcut somewhere easy to access. So instead of clicking the Capture button in the webUI, you will click in the shortcut to the rtc_screencapture.jnlp in your PC.

Hello, JNLP points to the actual jars, so that is a must, however what Alexandre posted alleviates the issue. Another thing you mentioned was a certificate problem, right? You might be affected by Defect 353703, it was identified that some certificates were not updated. If this is not applicable then there might be other jars that need new certificates.
