RTC-Not able to sort query results by custom attirbutes with the webclient

Hi

I created a query which contains built-in attributes and custom attributes displayed in the column..

Iam able to sort the query result by built-in attributes and not by custom attributes


Please let me know how to fix this issue

have you tried : Edit Query > Column Display > Sort Order

if its a sort directly on web ui by clicking on the attribute heading, you may want to consider raising an enhancement request.

I'm experiencing the same issue using v4.0.3.  The columns aren't availble to select under the Edit Query > Column Display > Sort Order, and you can't click on the column heading in the query results to order them.  It's is an odd situation because some custom attributes are available and some aren't.

What are the types of the custom attributes that are available versus those that aren't?

All of the ones that aren't available are Enumerations
