Unable to see REPORT DESIGN after installing BIRT

In project, we will be using "SpringToolSuite (version 3.7) which uses Eclipse Mars" + RTC Plugin. 

I installed BIRT following the instructions at this URL - https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?re=1&topic=/com.ibm.team.reports.doc/topics/t_ccm_install_birt.html&scope=null. 

The only difference been, there was no Jazz directory in the installation directory, however so I installed the BIRT under "Eclipse installation Directory > eclipse > dropins" (as mentioned in the URL).

But I don't see the "REPORT DESIGN" option under perspective. 

Please suggest.

BIRT 2.6.2 is not compatible with Eclipse 4.5. I suggest you use an Eclipse 3.6 based RTC client dedicated to the report design duty.
