Preview window on attchements -Size of video preview

Just have a question on the preview on attached "Video" files on a work item.

By mouse over the video gets displayed. But it is really tiny although the video is in 1920x1080 resolution. Can the size of the preview window be adjusted?

The preview is made so small to save bandwidth. Are you really sure you want to "preview" the video in its full HD glory?

Even if it is not in full HD, it must be viewable in the preview window. Currently it is so tiny that it is not at all usable..
Is there a possibility (probably with the same pixel size), to make the window bigger so that the preview can be much useful for users?

Ratheesh, the preview functionality is provided by the browser, for instance, in Chrome if you click Show more the widget increases size, however in FF it stays the same, but you can still right click it and go fullscreen.
