Remove 9443 from RTC url

Samar Singh (141522) | asked Sep 27 '15, 8:10 a.m.
What are the options to ensure that I do not have to input the port #9443 at the RTC url.
Current URL: https://<hostname>:9443/ccm
New URL: https://<hostname>/ccm
The hostname may or may not remain the same, but clients are sure to "NOT" have the port # in the links.

I have already configured the RTC with 9443 in the url and it is a live production setup.

Thanks in advance for all your suggestions.

 HI Samar,
                Server rename addresses your need.
Be sure to read through these docs before you start the rename process.

Check the supported integrations.

The complete process is described here:

You will also need to contact IBM Support for the Server Rename Key to start with.

Look for server rename in the product help. You have to use the well known port for https which is 443 as well.
