Is CLM Server Monitoring Solution Matured for use? Is there a monitoring dashboard ?

We are running CLM 5.02 and in the process of upgrading to CLM 6.0. 
For performance monitoring solution, should we use the CLM Server Monitoring Solution detailed on this link https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMServerMonitoring ?

Will the CLM Server Monitoring Agent https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMServerMonitoringAgent display the performance on a dashboard?
