I doubt that this feature is offered to the public, as it monitors the server as a whole, not just your own project.

It came with our download of 601, and also with the 6.x licenses we had.



The problem is the "wormhole" of links upon links....

It makes me confused. So you're not talking about the jazz.net sandboxes at all. If you're asking how to enable and/or use the CSM feature, please just read the documents. I didn't have any problems with those documents when I tried with this feature.
